Return Policy

At Christine & Elia Boutique, we do everything possible to provide a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. Each piece is carefully prepared and shipped internationally. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns may only be requested after the order has been successfully delivered.

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • Trying on items solely to check sizing is permitted

  • Any wear beyond fitting is not accepted

  • Orders placed for multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not permitted

Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased during a sale or promotional period, including items discounted 40% or more, are not eligible for return or refund.

This policy applies due to limited availability, promotional pricing, and international logistics constraints.

By completing a purchase during a promotional offer, the customer explicitly agrees to these conditions.

Return Costs & Responsibility

  • All return costs — including international shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes — are entirely the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to avoid loss

How to Request a Return

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, please email:

Include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if requested by our team)

How to Complete a Return

Once your return request is approved:

  1. Our customer service team will provide you with the return address of our overseas logistics partner

  2. Ship the item at your own expense using a tracked shipping service

  3. Upon receipt, the item will be inspected to ensure it meets return conditions

  4. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take up to 30 days after confirmed delivery to our logistics partner

  • Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider

Liability & Exceptions

  • Élise & Laurent cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels if carrier tracking confirms delivery to the provided return address

  • The customer is fully responsible for providing accurate checkout information, including the delivery address

  • Requests to modify the delivery address must be made within 24 hours after placing the order

  • Orders affected by incorrect address details are not eligible for refund
