These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on the official Christine & Elia Boutique website. By placing an order on our site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

2. Product Information

We strive to display product descriptions, features, pricing, and visuals as accurately as possible. However, errors or inaccuracies may occasionally occur.

Christine & Elia Boutique reserves the right to modify product information at any time and without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

Available payment methods may vary by region. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the payment options offered at checkout.

4. Processing & Delivery

Order processing time: 1 to 3 business days
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination

All orders are shipped directly from our overseas logistics partners.

Once an order has been confirmed and submitted to the logistics processing stage, it can no longer be modified.

5. Order Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel their order within 1 hour of placing the order.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately by email at:

Please include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for cancellation

If the request is received within the 30-minute window and the order has not yet entered processing, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

After 30 minutes, or once the order has entered the processing or fulfillment stage, cancellations are no longer possible.

6. Returns

7. Liability

Christine & Elia Boutique cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage once the carrier’s tracking indicates successful delivery to the address provided at checkout.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the personal information provided, including delivery details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the website — including but not limited to product descriptions, visuals, creative elements, trademarks, and logos — is the exclusive property of Christine & Elia Boutique.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
